Hmm.. for some reason when I try to use the particle on an already existing character, it works and warps me, but when I arrive at my new location, I cannot bring up my pip-boy nor even my start menu, and I have to force close the game to reset. Tried moving it up in my load order but that didn't help, is it because I've already left ole Doc's?
You no doubt have an incompatible mod, possibly relating to the pipboy or camera. If you can track it down, that could be helpful to others. Meanwhile, in Optional Files, I have posted 3 new versions of the .esp to try. One of them might actually resolve your conflict. ~GMF~

I have Enhanced Camera, so I suppose that may have been the culprit.
