а как по мне 616 расширяет область убежищ. а все ли мы знаем на самом деле о них, думая что их всего 122....сколько еще оказывается неизвестного,если нашлось убежище 616...
Haven't played the zion trail mod, but it is possible that the number 616 was specifically chosen because it is the probable number of the beast, with 666 believed to be a mistranslation.
Oh, it's probably what it was leaning into. I'm just having it fit a little better with consistency. I just figured it gave me good practice with editing tools and was enough to share with everyone. :)
I came across this post kind of by accident so I thought I would reply.
The original post is actually correct, I chose it after reading an article listing an alternative number of the beast as 616 (Google Oxyrhynchus Papyri if you are really interested). I just liked the idea of a vault of the damned. I was aware it wasn't lore, although I never seen it stated that Vaults were numbered consecutively, but I admit, a vault in the 600's is a bit off the beaten track. Also it wouldn't take up lore Vault number which may appear in the future. I can understand if some find it off putting and if people prefer to play it as Vault 16 then I'm happy with that.
Doesn't seem like the door files are properly overwriting, but the name changes and vault suit changes are
I manually overwrote the files and that seemed to do it. So to anyone else having that issue, just overwrite the original files manually, as a ghetto solution. (Drag the updated image files into the matching zion trail folders and copy/paste, but keep this mod below to overwrite normally. It seems to work doing this)
Only other minor nitpick is the 16 isn't centered on the vault doors. s*** bothers me something fierce. I'm guessing there is a reason it can't be fixed?
Regardless of these issues, great mod, this is also something that has always bothered me. I'm happy to see I'm not the only one.
