This is a complete overhaul of the games Flag Animations. I have not changed the base geometry in anyway so your texture replacers will work just fine with this mod and so will every mod unless they have edited the flag files . This is just an asset replacer so its as simple as it gets. Just install and your done, no requirements and no esp.
Thats all really. just install and enjoy. if you have any issues or feedback leave it in the comments .
If you want to try more stuff like this, consider using Bouncing Natural Botany(BnB) as it applies baked wind reaction animations to the Trees.

This brings a new flag to the mod - "Race track flag" and fixes an immersion breaking issue with the flipped NCR flag not being flipped

Manual installation -
The mod files are setup so that the "data/" folder is the root. so just drag and drop that into the folder containing your fallout new Vegas executable and then activate the ESP in "data files", archive invalidate, and the modification should be in your game
Mod manager installation -
The mod files are structured correctly, so you are good to install with your mod manager.
