There's only one version of the patch now. Please, if you liked my idea of rebalancing the books, there is a separate mod on my page.
Also added an optional INI file allows you to disable the Bobbleheads bonus and replacing it with the XP bonus or disable Comprehension perk to balance the skill books without removing 70% of them from the game map. This will work on not yet found bobblehead and books , so a new game is recommended.

I see missing meshes in my game on occasions and it turns out it's this mod that causes it. When I disable this mod the missing meshes are gone. Does anyone else have this problem?
After some investigation it turns out this mod changes the Model FileName of Scotch, IrradiatedScotch and ScotchGood. If you're having the same problem, open up the mod in FNVEdit and change the Model FileName for those three items back to vanilla.
I couldnt find anything in fvnedit about changing the level cap, however i edited the IstewieAI ini. and set the level cap to 35 and that seemed to do the trick.
These fixes are madeby PushTheWinButton, I think they are pretty important, at least the caravans are, because hey, due to spavin monsters they are easy targets and sooner or later will die anyway.
Im not sure if it is this mod conflicting with the bobblehead perks but for the intelligence bobblehead it isnt adding the +5 to my skills when reading a magazine.

I fixed it by changing JSUE's level cap gamesetting in FNVEdit to 35. But I dunno why FNVEdit reports it as 15 when it's set to 35 in the .ini.
