   Hi, anyway to turn off motion blur when this is effect is active. It just make the experience inconsistent. I tried changing motion blur value in xedit to 0 but that crashes the game

      I know I'm late to the party and you probably already figured this out but try adding this to your FalloutCustom.ini

      iRadialBlurLevel=0  ;Disables motion blur, maybe
