Can I make a Recommendation, We have some more things we can do like main quest or some side quest that add in more buffs.,
It feels like by the end of the game if your still rocking that suit it should be like VERY VERY heavily modified you know.
I was thinking we add in some Fire Resistance, Some Poison Resistance, maybe some STR Boost and maybe some lockpick and meds Boost ETC ETC,
I kinda feel like your mod got the chance to be one of those this mod will carry you thru the whole game because your suit becomes a end game armor to use once u get all of the upgrades............are you maybe open to adding more boosts and buffs?
I've thought about tying it to other quests too. Not gonna lie, I've been so tied up in school and work that I completely forgot I made this. In a couple weeks when the semester finishes, I'm hoping to go back and look into integrating alternative effects to the armor depending on responses you give to Moira first, but I'm definitely open to looking into tying it into the main quest as well
Some Suggestions for future update... After completing "Those" quest, it should have + 10 Fire Resistance. After completing "Oasis" quest it should have + 10 Poison Resistance. After completing "Trouble on the Homefront" it should have + 1 Charisma or + 5 DR depending on what choice you make.
Tbh I completely forgot I made this. Been tied up with school and work since August. The semester ends in about two weeks. Soon as that's wrapped up, I am currently planning to come back to tie up those planned features. Since TTW looks like it's going to update soon, it'll be a good time to come back to wrap this up
does the mod allow the suit to be repaired with other vault suit? I like the armored suit, but it gets expensive to repair it only in vendors at early game
This is a complete shot in the dark, but could you potentially help me to make an optional file that combines this mod with the slight changes from this one? https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/75622
I adore the Vault 101 Armored Jumpsuit like you but it's stats are a pretty hefty detriment against keeping the armor through out the game, especially with TTW. I tried to install and use xEdit/FNVedit to make this combination myself (i.e. modifying your ESP to just add the stats of the other mod) but I honestly got overwhelmed and didn't want to break my TTW install, I'm hoping we can message back and forth and discuss this idea, so reach out to me at anytime and maybe I can convince you to tinker around.
Alternatively, perhaps you could help walk me through making the edit myself? Either way, thank you for making your mod, I appreciate the love you've given the signature armor of the Lone Wanderer. ^^
Thank you! For the actual stats added to the armor, I created a new object effect in the GECK with different abilities/conditions and attached it to the armor. That way, it doesn't create conflicts with mods that effect the other armored vault suits' effects. I'm a bit busy at the moment finishing up an small update for the mod, but I can message you here in a day or two and see if I can help you out with your edit.
With some help from the TTW Discord I actually did figure out how to do the edit on my own, so don't worry about it! I'm excited to see what the small update will entail, you've done a lot of lovely work on this mod and others and next time I start a new play through I'll be certain to use this one! :D
is this compatible with S6S's STARS overhaul, by any chance? (i.e. Can I install this after STARS and retain functionality from this mod for that one armor / quest implementation?). MO2 user. Any insight appreciated.
tranquility lane is infamous for resetting alot of things. from character creation, to pipboy and other mods as well it ruins the fps despite having a powerful pc, even the TTW crew has no idea why that World Space is causing so much problem.
this mod looks fun and promising! im using more than a few mods that change the Vault suit (specifically STAR) so i dont think i will play this right now but ill definitely be downloading and tracking so i can keep an eye on it! keep up the great work

-Bug take 10% more damage after those
-Super mutants 10% after dealing with the behemoth right before meeting 3 dog
-Ghouls 10% damage after tenpenny tower
All 3 would greatly help balance out there bloated hp pools at high levels
-maybe oasis and blood ties could be a hp boost or another dt boost
-trouble on the home front sounds the best place to boost the vault suits own hp by 50%
Loving the mod so far!
