Combines some loading wheel mods into one for the indecisive. Made with TTW and dynamic HUD color changing in mind.

What it says on the tin. Transparent or Solid versions available.
Combines Radiation loading roulette wheel, E3 Loading Roulette Wheel and Vault Door Loading Wheel - TTW and cleans it up a lil. Looks orite. Credits and thanks to the original mod authors for their work.
Recommend some form of HUD Tint Switcher or it will appear white. To remove the bars for just the wheel, go to 'IVDR Loading Wheel > textures > interface > loading' and delete 'load_roulette_bars.dds'.
Note the screenshots I took for the previews have ReShade on and may look different on your setup.
