      They literally don't give a s#*! about it. Just look at the amount of COD mods there is for any Fallout game.

      They don't, until they will. And then it comes the ban (if you're lucky). I've already seen that. Otherwise i would be uploading mods like that most of the day.

    Here's the ids I could find

    Extinction Ghost: 10000ADD
    Extinction Predator Hat: 10001099
    Skull Extinction Ghost: 10001098

    For the people who don't know what the console command is to add items, here's an example:
