ABOUT THIS MOD
This mod adds a new perk to the game called Stealth Killer.With this perk while undetected in sneak mode the player can
kill any creature or human. No weapon required.

Ported over from FO3 with permission from LFox.
I'm afraid I have no intention of porting it over largely because it would be far too much work to set everything up to even make the mod.  However, feel free to recreate the mod for FONV if you want.

1. INSTALLING THE PLUGIN

*****************************************************************

1. Extract to fallout new vegas/Data and enable only one of the plugins
depending on your preference in the fallout new vegas Launcher. Do NOT
enable more than one.

2. Mod Description

*****************************************************************

This mod adds a new perk to the game called Stealth Killer.
With this perk while undetected in sneak mode the player can
kill any creature or human. No weapon required.

Stealth Killer
Requires:
Level 10
Sneak 100
Agility 7

I had intended to use an attack animation but while testing my
character kept getting stuck in an endless looping animation if
the stealth kill was performed while running. For that reason
there is no attack animation.

WARNING: If your character has the perk you MUST remove the
perk before uninstalling this mod. Failure to do so will
result in a CTD upon loading your save.

Stealth Killer Perk.esp
- Adds a new perk called Stealth Killer

Stealth Killer Perk lvl 20.esp
- Adds a new perk called Stealth Killer
- Makes the level requirement level 20

Enable only one.

3. Adding and Removing the perk via the console

*****************************************************************

To add the perk open the console with the ~ key then type the
following.

player.addperk xx000ea6

to remove the perk type

player.removeperk xx000ea6

Note: xx should be changed to the mod load order. The load
order can be found with the fallout new vegas 3 mod manager program in the
mod index column.
