Initial release
This mod uses lStewieAl's Tweaks to modify the cell respawn timer setting without having to use another ESP. Several pre-configured files are available to download, but you can easily change the timer to a custom value by editing the included INI file.
The default setting for cells to respawn is 72 hours, or 3 in-game days.
