      Yeah it probably won't cover all the TTW (Fallout 3) DLC but most textures should work.

      Thanks for reminding me... Somehow while creating the mod I entirely left out the HD eyebrows. Strange but no worries uploading a new version right now.

      Yes, the player's face and hair quality should be changed as well.

   would this work with mods that just readjust vanilla faces like nvce or cer?

      I'm not currently using any mods like those but I'll eventually test the mods you mentioned and report their compatibility in the description.
