Ok so if I download this mod here https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/50505 then open xedit and remove the Pipboy3000 entry but leave the Pimpboy 3 billion entry I can use this mod with TTW 3.3.2 with its included TTWYUP esp and have a working mesh for female characters. Perfect! Love the textures for both Pipboys TYSM
I'm just a bit reluctant to use that setting, as it can apparently look bad on some objects. That said it seems simple enough to apply to objects individually, so I might just do that myself if I'm not happy with the override setting.
i think there will be an update to the reflections plugin soon, that will address the lack of blur and the strength of the reflections. i would not update meshes just yet.
i run it with low res of the reflections to get a more blurry look. it's quite nice
This worked perfectly and looks great. Thank you so much.
Just got the Pimp Boy today for the first time and was getting fed up with getting blinded every time I pressed tab. This fixed said issue and made the textures look far nicer.
I'm using Tale of two wastelands mod and my pimp - boy 3 billion wont equip, and I don't know who to tell/complain to. If I ask Mick to switch to the pimp-boy, it says in the top left it has been equipped, but has not been. If you talk to Mick again the option is still there to switch to Pimp-boy. I had to go back to the capital wasteland heavy with shame of no pimp-boy on my vacation
ah good idea. It should have the pimp boy files still, thanks ill try to command switch it
PS tested command player.additem 0011bacb 1 (add pimpboy it inf.) then command player.equipitem 0011bacb (put on pimp boy) still no luck. it makes the sound effects of being switched and says it the top left it has been equipped, but has not. My friends also doing a TTW play thru. ill let him know and maybe he'll be able to talk to the TTW makers. Thanks again that command should have worked
This mod seems to share a bug with the original. When your rads getting to a certain point, the little arm on the rad dial disappears. You wouldn't know how to fix that (in your and in the original) would you?
Could you add a fix for the original pip boy remaster mod that fixes the flashlight glow? You managed to fix this mod's issue, but it seems the original retexture has the same bug.
Same thing that I made a bug report on this mod. The Glow doesn't match the chosen hud/pip boy color. It's always green. Im talking about the pip boy 3000 retexture mod you mention in the comments.
From what I could gather, in vanilla behaviour pipboy light always has the green light color. Light color does not change with the chosen hud/pipboy interface color. Yukichigai changes light color to amber.
These color changes are done in the mesh .nif file, by changing a whole bunch of vertex color values. I don't know if these values can be controlled in another way.
Not sure why they were changed by Yukichigai, and also have no idea why green or amber would be considered the correct color.

player.unequipitem 15038
then
player.equipitem 11bacb
this unequips normal one and equips pimpboy. Fixed my issue.
