You need to round up to 1 cap on the costs. As any item that is reduced to a price of less than 1 cap for repair, cannot be repaired, as you cannot be charged less than one cap.

Anyway, you should specify the rate of reduction in the description of the mod so that people can have an idea of how it works without downloading it. However, can you make a variant of this mod for Fallout 3 with repair costs reduced by 60%? Or with several variants to choose from?
