Given that I feel Dynamic Starting Gear Overhaul provides you with too much loot to start but prefer Better Character Creator to Quick Start, I went ahead and made a version of this mod that no longer requires it (in fact, it should more or less function in the same manner as DSGO just with these items instead).
I should note that I also removed the scriptrunners for JSUE and Better Hacking, as I do not use JSUE and did not want free password bypasses (I use the setting on that mod which removes Science skill requirements when using bypasses).
