Update 8-23-22: Thanks to Zebumper's request, a new patch has been added that allows you to feed animals directly without the use of Brahmin/Bighorner feed.
OMG thank you for this! When I got to the malnourished brahmin the first time I played I googled for a mod to feed them but there were no mods for it then. I grew up on a cow farm and it made me upset I couldn't feed them.
That would be nice. Poor Melody, always felt bad for her. Maybe a companion mod like Jocelyn? Everyone in the fort dies, all the slaves are sent off to the Followers and the player takes care of Melody.
Agreed, I appreciate all the work Avolnall put in (most of the mod). I knew it wasn't just me that had that problem in the game. So I asked him and he did it! Love this community.
I just tested it on MO2 and it seems to work for me. Still, please let us know whether everything works properly for you so that we can include it in the description.
Well done too. If you want some suggestion (but it's only my own opinion) I would prefer not having to craft food but be able to give some vanilla food to them (direclty the item used to craft the food like fruits, maize etc). Allows to feed without the need of the crafting table. But I'm happy with the actual version, don't worry, it's just what came in my mind while playing.
