I've gotten a number of requests to add the light to the Power Armor helmets. I do intend to do so now, but it'll take me a while and will be uploaded to it's own page, most likely.
This mod is amazing. Only one small thing I see that's out of place, some plants / shrubs react very oddly to it and sometimes look like they're made of glass / have this very aliased and overexposed reflection of the light when I point the flashlight at them. Any ideas on how to sort out?
Great mod. I do like that the light is tied to the camera and not the character (For 360° Movement in 3rd person).
I wonder, what should i tweak (if even possible), to reduce the difference between the individual light sources? Its slightly off putting when i walk towards an object/wall and as soon as one of the light sources "clips" through the wall then its getting darker until the next light source is getting there.
if I am using NVR how could I make it where the flashlight has less radious around the player, and instead the light source is focusing more on the lens of the flashlight? I'm new to NVR.
Perfect companion for handheld pip-boys, if you combine it with No Pipboy Light.
I honestly thought the Replacer would have the model automatically apply in the same way that the PipBoy normally does, rather than still needing to find or make one. That'd make it perfect.
yeah no okay I tried everything and this just refuses to work, not sure whats going on, all my other mods work but this and every other flashlight mod I've tried just will not work
You need to open the .esp in fnvedit and change the RoniFlashLightFar and Near RGB values to 255. EDIT: Or you could take the easy route and use that configurator at the bottom of the download section I never knew existed until now.
Any way to get the flashlight to use the normal pipboy light key instead of a custom one?
Or just change it to hold the key? It says in the description that you hold it but for me just pressing turns it on. I'd just like it to replace the normal pip boy light while still wearing the flashlight
If he's using a controller then no it doesn't work. Not sure why if there's a replacement for the piplight why the flashlight can't be bound to the same key.
