This mod requires my Lootable Statics mod.
I made this for myself, but I figured I might aswell share it. Others might want something like this too.
Respawning Containers
All loot containers have been set to respawn.
Safehouse Informing
All of the areas which could be considered player homes within vanilla have been set to not respawn, when you step into such an area you'll be informed that it's safe to store your stuff there.
Safehouse Handling
If you press the Home key within any non-exterior cell that isn't already owned, you'll receive a dialog asking whether you want that cell to be flagged as a safehouse. Safehouses will never respawn, so your stuff will be safe. So if you find a place you like that you want to call home, you needn't fear respawning containers.
If, however, an area is flagged as a safehouse that you'd rather have respawn? You can set it to respawn by hitting home.
The handling has very clearly written dialogs that explain everything that's going on.
What Did I Learn?
The GECK completely ignores underscores in editor IDs. Weird. Took me a moment to figure out what was going on there.
What Didn't I Learn?
How to give such an eclectic gathering of features a good title.
