Would it be possible to have a separate esp that doesnt have the gloves? I think how you had them rendered in the images without the gloves looks awesome (plus, if the NCR cant afford bodyarmor they surely cant afford gloves) ;)
Edit: I actually found a mod that does it! bonus that it just fixes the nasty gloves for other armors too! hope somebody finds this useful!
People are trying to bring fallout to other games. The aftermath project is found on a variety of games 7 days to die, arma 3, unturned, etc. Modders have to make their own armor because it is illegal to copy and paste the original textures from the new vegas into another game. My guess is that these were made for arma 3 but their 4k so maybe 7 days to die.
