It technically should be though some characters might have the wrong facegen and some characters will probably still be pale. I will have a chance later today to generate facegen and I will check for can be all races flag in the FCOmaster 2.3.1 ESM.

EDIT: Sorry I got confused I thought this comment was on my other mod for FCO. The patches will function however I don't think they will work correctly and there likely will be errors. I will create patches for 2.3.1 and facegen if you require it.
Hi I will try work out what the problem is. I know FCO and YUP have some issues with the Authority glasses but that is because FCO replaces the mesh and YUP make an edit to glasses in the esm.
Also I might be wrong but the FCO 3.01 YUP Patch I upload only edits NPC while the FCO - Last Edits YUP Patch does edit some races that shouldn't really affect the glasses.
Hi again so I checked FCO 3.01 with YUP and my patch and the authority glasses were vertical. I will upload esp in the optional files section that should fix issues with the authority glasses however you could also hide/delete the authority glasses mesh add by FCO and that will also fix the issues. Also you could download TFH Better Authority Glasses YUP Patch (Sideways Glasses Fix)? which doesn't require the TFH mod and will also fix the Authority glasses as it replaces the mesh.
FCO 3.01 + Last edits YUP patch is merged version of FCO 3.01 YUP and Last edits YUP patch. Last edits doesn't every NPC that FCO 3.01 so I made merged version. I don't why I made separate patch for last edits when anyone using last edits is probably still using 3.01.
The last edits YUP patch only patches the NPC records changed by last edits for YUP. FCO 3.01 + last edits YUP patches the NPC records changed by FCO 3.01 and Last Edits with the last edits changed taking priority.
