Anytime an NCR soldier says "Patrolling the Mojave almost makes you wish for a nuclear winter" they are immediately targeted by a nuclear strike.

ABOUT
At long last, NCR soldiers can have their wishes come true. With this mod installed, any NCR soldier who says "Patrolling the Mojave almost makes you wish for a nuclear winter." will be immediately targeted by a nuclear strike. This applies to both exteriors and interiors as of Version 1.1.
FEATURES
If the NCR soldier is outside, they will be targeted by a nuclear strike.
If the NCR soldier is inside, a dynamic cutscene of a nuclear strike will play.
NCR soldiers can now be configured to prioritize the meme line.
Using an optional setting will allow the player to also be targeted by nuclear strikes.
With the Mod Configuration Menu, you can adjust several aspects of this mod such as strike chance, strike delay, camera angles, etc.
INSTALLATION
As of 1.1, Wishes Come True requires xNVSE and JIP LN NVSE. Optional MCM support is included.
After that, just drag'n'drop the mod files into your Data folder.
