This mod makes all player homes more consistent with each other, adding a full set of upgrades to all of them, like what Tale of Two Wastelands does for the Lucky 38 Suite. In addition, it makes the tenpenny tower suite purchasable without blowing up megaton, and adds crafting stations to some central locations and partial homes that were missing them.

Fallout 3 homes
- Megaton House: The sink now provides purified drinking water.
- Tenpenny Tower Suite: Can now be purchased for 2000 caps if you decide to not blow up Megaton. You can purchase it by using notes that have been placed throughout Tenpenny Tower.
- Tenpenny Tower Suite: Added a sink which provides purified drinking water. Some props had to be moved to fit it in.
- Tenpenny Tower Suite: Added a backing to the Vault theme toilet, so you can't see through the back.
- Tenpenny Tower Suite: You can now cook on the Pre-War theme BBQ grill. Not a fan personally, but the Raider theme also has a working grill.
- Themes now only need to be purchased once and are available as soon as the standard upgrades are available. A new terminal that gets placed outside of the megaton home and tenpenny suite can be used to switch between themes at no cost.
- The tray and first aid kit parts of the My First Infirmary can now be activated and used like the rest of the object. This will now be the case for any additional My First Infirmaries placed by the mod.
- The jukeboxes can now be tuned to other radio stations via a small menu. This will now be the case for any additional player home Jukeboxes placed by the mod.

Mojave homes
- Lucky 38 Suite: Replaced a static sink with one that provides purified drinking water. This location already had purified drinking sources but this one was added for consistency.
-  Lucky 38 Suite: Added a purchasable Jukebox upgrade.
- Novac Hotel Room: Upon purchase, changes its name to "My Motel Room" like Fallout 3 player homes, and the key is now named "My Dino Dee-lite Room Key"
- Novac Hotel Room: A full set of upgrades can now be purchased from Cliff Briscoe at the Dino Bite Gift Ship. A lot of props had to be moved around to make this possible.
- Novac Hotel Room: A very simple theme for the Novac Hotel Room can be purchased which cleans up the floor stains, the ripped paintings, broken mirrors, and replaces them with clean posters and paintings.
- Novac Hotel Room: The sink now provides purified drinking water.
- Novac Hotel Room: The toilet now provides purified drinking water.

Faction safehouses
- NCR Ranger Safehouse: Added Work Bench, Reloading Bench, Hot Plate, and some clutter around them.
- Brotherhood of Steel Safehouse: Added Hot Plate and some clutter around it.
- Followers Safehouse: Added a Reloading Bench, Hot Plate, and some clutter around them.
- Caesar's Legion Safehouse: Added Work Bench, Reloading Bench, Hot Plate, and moved a few objects.

The Sink
- Added a My First Laboratory to The Sink. No purchase necessary.
- The Nuka-Cola Vending Machine in The Sink is now Pristine, and can be used to make Nuka-Cola Ice Cold. No purchase necessary.
- You can now submit Jukebox upgrades with voice modules disabled.
- Using the Sink Autodoc no longer initiates a fade-to-black, allowing quick usage like My First Infirmaries.
- The Jukebox can now be upgraded to be able to play music via a quest.
- You can now unlock a Sierra Madre Vending Machine for use in The Sink via a quest. Can be disabled via an ini option.
- An ini option can be enabled to convert many objects in The Sink to purchasables at the Sink CIU. This also restores a cut feature - purchasing the fridge.
- An ini option can be enabled to make The Sink Auto Doc's barber and cosmetic modules purchasable at the Sink CIU, and removes the ones you find in-world. The quest objectives will be updated to reflect this. This restores a cut feature where these could be purchased.

Other locations
- Rivet City Market: Added a Hot Plate by Rivet City Supply, a shelf to place it on, and moved a few barrels.
- Outcast Outpost (Operation Anchorage): Added Work Bench, Hot Plate, and moved a few objects.
- Wernher's Hideout (The Pitt): Added Work Bench, Reloading Bench, Hot Plate, and some clutter around them.
- Haven (Ashur's Palace) (The Pitt): Added Work Bench, Reloading Bench, and Hot Plate.
- Engineering Core (Mothership Zeta): Added a Hot Plate, made the beds give Well Rested, and moved a few objects. Automatically compatible with Mothership Zeta Rehaul.
- Goodsprings: Added a BBQ Grill next to Prospector Saloon.
- Brotherhood of Steel Bunker (Dead Money): Added a Hot Plate, a water fountain, and made the bed give Well Rested.
