About this mod
This beta patch affect -raider- type of spawns in FNC Overhaul, both its specific extra and original FNC. Also Son/Daughter of Ares, and Seattle Sparta. On Mojave side I attempt to mess with Viper and Jackal templates. UPDATED.

What this mod does:
- *Try* to make killing raiders not instantly villified. FFS@@#$!@#$
- Son of Ares, Daughter of Ares, Seattle Spartan, some does spawn without equipments. This mod add back vanilla FNC equipments to them, but still keep FNC overhaul additions. Report if you see any equipment-less and armor-less spawns in the wild.
- Change Mojave Viper, Jackal, Scorpion spawns to get some FNC flavour. It's a work in progress. Fiends I am considering.
- Change some spawns with base HP from 10->30, 25->50 etc...

This version just edit more in both Viper leader form, and some WSP items
A horned headband is added to some place, and test with Viper Leader shadow template. If there's problem it's likely this one being the culprit.
3 more very rare headgear get renamed AND placed in WS containers. They are still rare, but if you roleplay WS you can find them.
Elsdragon Armor get buffed same as Wanderer leather armor. Should be better than the paperthin vanilla version.

Or as I call it: the Wasteland Scout Package.
- Several vault 18 clothing items (but not the security armors) get namechanged into Wasteland Scout Fatigue/Dress, Member/Officer. Some slight DR/DT change to make them worthy of the name (no better than Leather armor class). They are all accessible within V18 but god know if they exist anywhere outside.
- Three hat armo items get changed into Wasteland Scout (Forest) Hat. They are in WS safe box beside the vault door, Pinehaven (somewhere), Athens house (somewhere), and 7 antique strongbox. Technically not unique, but not that common either.
- Suit effect: each armo item above has Wasteland Scout effect, and get increased effect when wearing together. Test for yourself. They are not overpower, but should be quite helpful if you want to roleplay Wasteland Scout.
- 4-5 weapons in both Overhaul and FNC vanilla get namechanged into Wasteland Scout weapons. Rusty Old German Pistol get changed into Rossman's Old Pistol. They get changed a bit but nowhere OP, not even that much increase compared to
FNC vanilla or Overhaul.

This beta patch I make first for myself, then for other like-minded players. So complaints about too hard will get minimal attention.
This patch, try to patch back the vanilla factions in each raider type of spawns introduce by FNC overhaul, so that killing raider types of wildlife spawns doesnt change rep with Raider Alliance into villified instantly.
It also patch the viper, jackal, scorpions in Mojave so they share some characteristics in FNC and overhaul. Fiends and jackal are not in yet because -in progress-
Son/daughter of ares and seattle sparta spawns without their trademarked equipment, so I try to patch back as original vanilla.
This is beta patch, because I need your feedbacks from different load order to see if this patch work. Especially pay attention to empty equipment spawns.
