- Fixed Novac Recipient not speaking delivery lines. Must've been the way Novac lines were set up , he now uses generic Wastelander lines instead.
- Fixed empty voicelines I think. Let me know.
- Special Events now only have a 33% chance of spawning instead of 50%, that was an oversight on my part.
CHANGES
- Added a config to adjust prices, events, stuff like that
- Moved BoS Patrol to go from Nipton to Novac. Should run into less NCR Troops and Powder Gangers now.
- BoS Patrol only starts spawning once Still in the Dark is completed.
