Hello! Love the mod but I'm having an issue with the perk. I was wondering if I could have the perk id so I could just add it in using console? I took another mod which just makes confirmed bachelor a trait you can take at the beginning like wild wasteland lmao
If that mod just changes when you get Confirmed Bachelor, that shouldn't affect you getting this perk. Just make sure you level up outside in the Mojave Wasteland worldspace. We don't have the ID at the moment, but you could probably look it up using FNVEdit.
Why is the perk so tame? The mod itself is clearly just for fun seeing that the .50 MG variant has a DPS significantly below the vanilla Service Rifle.
Our philosophy is that we don't really care *that* much for game balance, as such a player-centric game like this will inevitably be unbalanced if you play long enough, especially with mods, requiring the player to self-select, *but* that doesn't mean that mods shouldn't at least try to maintain some semblance of balance for fuller player enjoyment. Some people like broken fun mods like the mininuke minigun, but that's just not our taste, so we try to balance things, even if it's ultimately in vain lol.
That's an understandable concern, but we feel you needn't stop yourself from embracing the rainbow because of that. Like, a star represents many things, not just Super Mario. The symbol of an eagle can be embraced without necessarily meaning you embody America. Rainbows are universal, and it's just a symbol for a group of people. Sure, you might be mistaken as part of that group, but a rainbow is a spectrum of light. You wanna wear a rainbow? Do so! We wish you luck.
It doesn't matter if someone mistakes you for being gay just because you're wearing rainbow colours or whatever, just do what you like. (Unless you live somewhere where you're likely to be persecuted if people think you're gay, in which case I'm sorry)
Hello, I was looking for more pride mods and found this one, downloaded instantly, but noticed that the description for asexuality seems a bit off. I don't mean to cause any trouble or drama, but the more widely accepted definition defines asexuality as when one experiences little to no sexual attraction. I'm personally AroAce, and I was a bit worried some folks might get the wrong idea seeing that and then stick with it.
Hm. Perhaps we could've clarified that people along that spectrum who are on the side of being less sexual than average would qualify. After all, if you fall on the allo end of the spectrum, you wouldn't typically qualify as ace. We mainly wanted to emphasize that you needn't have no sexual attraction or next-to-none to qualify. Having only so-so is enough. Honestly though we feel that this oversight is pretty self-evident. Someone who is 100% or 90% of the sexual "norm" will probably not claim being ace. And if someone at 75% claims it, good for them. And it's not like an objective number like that is even realistic. Perhaps that person at 90% who claims to be ace has some massive asterisks. We'd rather lean towards a more inclusive definition than an exclusive one.
