This is actually cut content. They were going to put one at the Y-0 research facility, using textures referenced from the Dead Money add-on. This 'Holo-Vending Machine' was probably a prototype, though I'm not sure on that. A finished version would make sense, too, so it's fine to have many recipes in its list.
