This mod adds the Sierra Madre vending machines to two locations in Big MT: The Sink and the Z-38 Lightwave Dynamics Research facility.
I don't know how "realistic" it would be for Mobius to have one in his room when he was human, but whatever. I've also gone ahead and added new recipes to allow you to return Big MT clothing for Sierra Madre chips. However, you can only return Big MT clothing when you're in Big MT. The recipes won't appear if you're in the Abandoned BoS bunker or Sierra Madre proper (I hope.)
To install, use your favorite mod manager, or drop the included .esp into your "steamapps\common\Fallout New Vegas\Data" folder and enable in the launcher.
