Fixed the battle version of Pontlesford's theme playing during the first round rematch when the player chose to disable music.

For every Vegas casino you're banned from, The High Roller gets a damage bonus. When banned from all casinos it'll be the highest Damage-Per-Shot Automatic weapon in the game; beating out the Automatic Rifle by a few points.
