1st person sliding has been changed. Now if you slide in 1st-person, the perspective will be forced into 3rd person for about one second, and you'll do the 3rd person sliding action.
While sliding, any NPC who is shooting at you gets a reduction to their Guns, Energy Weapons, Strength, Agility, Luck, Perception, and Explosives skills. While sliding, the player's Damage Threshold and Damage Resistance are very high. Effectively, you are harder to shoot while sliding.
I reduced the amount of distance you go in the forward-moving slide animations.
i think it would be better to have an mcm to toggle certain options like hotkey or double tap, and an option to disable the forced 3rd person when playing in 1st person.
Nice mod for an agility playthrough, but the new speed/distance sucks imo compared to the older videos. Feels like it barely goes past my default walkspeed. Perhaps it could be configurable with MCM for player preference, like the hotkey? Could do the same for AP cost as well.
Might also just go into the GECK and change it myself or something.
What you can do is grab the animation files from older versions put them where the new animations should be. The "distance" data is baked into the animations.
Very cool mod! Could we have patch for akimbo framework? If third person anims for akimbo are too much work could you add option to disable rolls and dives when wielding akimbo. Also check for weapon strenght requirement would be cool so weak characters can't roll with bazooka. When I have not enough ap to roll and try to roll, character doesn't roll but AP still drains, is it possible to make that If there is not enough ap to roll its doesn't roll and doesn't steal ap? sry for bad english, I am tired and not my main language.

This mod saved me so many times in Fallout: DUST. Being able to dodge out of the way of a Tunneler surprise attack for a brief moment has been game-changing.
