this is an alien weapon found on the Alien Captain from the Wild Wasteland Encounter in the north part of the Mojave Wasteland, it is statistically the same as the Firelance but does Frost Damage instead. this mod was made to add in some variation to both Alien and Cryo weapons for TTW, and to also give the encounter a point when using TTW (as you can get multiple alien weapons from Zeta)
