Would it perhaps be possible (either from the author or another person) to provide me with a version of female Now You Are Ready for the Mojave V1 outfit just without the jacket? All my attempts to edit the mesh thus far have resulted in a crash when the NPC using the outfit gets shot.

As a pretty big JoJo fan, I love changing the outfits of my playthru while holding some line to the original style, this will be a great addition!

Is the 101 supposed to be backwards in the Ready for the Mojave outfit?

Yo first time posting. I just want to also add in like everyone else here that Moira isn't really selling it on my end. I also want o maybe add in as a suggestion if you could possible have these armor be repairable with other armors like leather armor? Or if its compatable with like an armor fixing mod?

That way you dont have to pay to get it fixed all the time?

Any chance or guide to have these for New Vegas only?

Yeah, the fact that this is TTW only is kind of a bummer, but relatively simple to fix.

      • Step 1: Functional install of FNVEdit
      • Step 2: Any plugin that is named "Fallout3.esm" and is properly marked as a master plugin. Can be anything really, I literally just renamed an unused master plugin from a different mod. This doesn't really matter for this guide, as explained later.
      • Step 3: Load this mod's main plugin, as well as the cheat chest plugin. This is relevant if you intend to obtain the armors in any way without using the console. If you have the dummy "Fallout3.esm" plugin, it will be recognised as a master.
      • Step 4: Essentially what you need to do now, is right click the main plugin of this mod, and click on "Check for Errors" - this will show you which data entries point to incorrect records. This is because those particular data fields reference objects from the real Fallout3.esm plugin.
      • Step 5: Pay attention to the fact that there will be errors in the following object categories: Scripts, Quest, Recipe and FormList

      • - Here's what you can do with each: The missing record in the VendorScript may/may not be referencing Moira's Vendor inventory. I am really not good at scripts, so I simply removed the entire script. Do not remove the other script, it is required for the headwear NVG function. It also doesn't seem to contain any hardcoded references to Fallout 3 items. Probably safe to leave as is. If the script references Fallout 3/TTW specific functions or objects, then it may fail to work properly or at all.
      • - The missing records in the QUST category can be similarly removed, as the quest simply fires the script which I have removed. As such, the quest has no purpose, unless it also interfaces with the NVG function script. I have no idea if that is the case.
      • - The missing records in the recipe entries likely reference items from Fallout 3 that are crafting components for making the armor stuff. I simply replaced them with items from New Vegas. Since I have never actually used this mod before, I could only guess what they could have been, but I just went with using Vault 34 Jumpsuits. Feel free to use any other item reference you think makes sense, or remove those items entirely from the crafting requirements.
      •  - The Formlists: These are the repair lists used to allow repairing the armors with any items that are listed. Each of the 3 lists has 2 error entries, referencing items from Fallout 3. You can substitute for whatever item you think could be used to repair the armors, or simply remove those 2 entries. The lists have New Vegas specific items already included, and they make sense too, so nothing too complicated going on.
      • Provided you did all of these, right click the plugin again and check for errors. If no errors are found, right click and "Clean Unused Masters" - This will remove Fallout3.esm as a requirement for loading the mod.

      • Now for the cheat chest plugin: Since the vendor levelinjection has been removed, you will probably need this plugin to actually obtain anything from the mod, unless you have superior script understanding and know how to convert the existing vendor script to point to a New Vegas vendor instead. You can check for errors on this too, but all you really need to do is expand the CELL category, and only keep Block 1. This refers to Doc Mitchell's interior I think, which is where the cheat box should spawn. The other block refers to Vault 101's entry tunnel, which for obvious reasons does not exist if you don't have TTW. You can delete this block, and probably should. I don't know if it would cause issues if left alone, but makes sense to get rid of it.
      • Once done, right click this plugin too, and "Clean Unused Masters"

Overall, this is basically a 5 minute operation, looks lengthy but it's very simple. This should in theory allow playing with this mod on a New Vegas only setup, but it probably will not fix any issues arising from missing assets or textures that are specific to Fallout 3. If there's missing stuff, you will either get the giant menacing red error diamond of doom or your game crashes when trying to equip any of the mod's armors. I dunno, haven't yet tried using the mod but this is my go to method for pretty much any issue pertaining to mods that have master plugins which are troublesome, you may not have, or may be relatively unnecessary. Assuming of course, that any dependencies are purely plugin-side, and there are no extra asset requirements. This mod might require textures from Fallout 3, but I think the Vault armor assets are probably common to both games.

Gave it a brief test run, didn't crash or give missing mesh errors, but there are some odd textures. Mostly fine though. Likely my load order being incomplete.

Reckon you can unhide the old version as I have yet to migrate over?
