I came up with the idea for this perk after not finding a single bed to sleep in in the metros of The Capital Wasteland during a play session. I thought, "why can't you sleep on the benches like a homeless person?".
So I added a very simple perk that allows you to do that, and you can get it quite early, all you need is to be level 2 with a Survival skill of at least 30. I wanted you to be able to get it right out of the vault if you wanted to.
The balance, however, is that you can only sleep on the indoor metro benches, as well as not getting the Well Rested bonus from doing so. The main thing I wanted to be able to do by having this perk is essentially just wait inside metros without losing sleep in Hardcore mode, while also having fun with an idea to accomplish that.
