To tweak the settings of this mod, edit "config\Larger Packs.ini" directly, or if you have Pelinor's The Mod Configuration Menu installed, via MCM. I recommend using MCM since it allows you to tweak the settings on the fly.
The most important setting of all is "Overall Max # of actors". This limits how many NPCs/creatures are allowed to appear at the same time. How many actors your game can handle at the same time depends on your mod setup. In fact, Larger Packs can drag your game's fps into oblivion, if you configured it wrong. Luckily, if you're using MCM, you can fine-tune the value on the fly, so it's not difficult to find the best value for your setup.
