I've been experiencing crashes in the Divide when I headshot the feral marked men with the metal helmets. EDIT: Seems to happen with most ghouls when you kill them with a hit to the head.
This mod adds lobotomite ghouls. These ghouls need to be patched with the Chaotic Big MT faction so they don't become passive to every other creature as is intended when using Chaotic Big MT.
No. As the description for the file says, it removes the spawn points and turns the mod into a modder's resource, leaving it up to people to place the creatures as they see fit on their own. If you try to use as-it-is, you won't see the new ghouls at all–it's not a replacer.

thanks, it’s a pity that you can’t, because I wanted to combine your mods and now I have to cut out ghouls in combat armor, as I did it with ghouls in power armor, since I’m using the titans of the new west. Enyway thanks for answer.
it really is a shame i would love to see ghouls with almost every type of gear in the game would you be scared if you saw a ghoul in fucking NCR Riot Armor coming at you lol
Is this inclusive of your Bright Brotherhood robes mod. I noticed there's a mesh in this mod for brightbrotherhoodghoul. Didn't see one for Vault 34 so I'm assuming that's definitely not included here?
