      Yes. Icon and reputation fields are two different things.

      So just to be clear, I have 3 questions:

      1. This mod just gives map marker reputations to faction controlled locations that doesn't have any map marker reputations in the vanilla right?
      2. What would happen to these locations map marker reputations when they got taken over by other faction?
      3. Compatible with FPGE or not, and what would happen to them in the Post Game Ending?

      1. Yes.
      2. It's not reactive. I was working on a mod that would be reactive, but never finished it. To be fair some locations in vanilla do change hands but don't change rep like HELIOS One and Goodsprings.
      3. Yes it's compatible. Going back to 2, nothing will change as it's not reactive. It would be a lot of scripting.
