   When I create a new character, the traute doesn’t show up when the game give you the option to. Am I missing something or is that a bug.

      i dont know enough about the geck to provide a fix but i can provide a work around
      
      after choosing the trait, if it doesnt show up you can open the console with the tilde key(left of the 1 key and below the "esc" key incase you didnt know) then you can input in "addperk 00058fdf 1" (not with quotation marks) and that should add the perk to you

   Of course those require xNVSE and JIP LN NVSE (JohnnyGuitar NVSE for the Script Runner version), if your goal was to stay Vanilla don't use them.
