just makes Power Armor Training a trait that you can choose during character creation

this mod makes power armor training a trait that you can choose during character creation in case you want to roleplay as an ex-brotherhood/ ex-enclave survivor or descendant, or if you just dont want to have to do arcades/the brotherhoods quests to wear power armor. i highly reccomend playing this mod with unlimited traits(https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/43403) or some other mod that increases the cap so you can choose more traits and dont end up forgoing another trait you like. also please let me know if there are any bugs caused by this mod so i can fix them(if i know how to that is)
