TTW added new perks for Fallout 3 bobbleheads - this mod brings back the vanilla perks: 10 skill points for each skill bobblehead, +1 to SPECIAL attribute for each attribute bobblehead. It is compatible with the Bauble Head TTW challenge, and the new survival bobblehead gives +10 to survival.
Also I'm not here to discuss gameplay progression or balance or whatever. Modding is about shaping the game your liking, in the past I saw people asking for the vanilla FO3 bobbleheads on TTW, so I made this mod
