Hey I have a suggestion, can you make all the weapons in the storage room only display when you have them, like in the Lucky 38 Suite Reloaded v5 mod? I think it would be really cool to have to get all the weapons to have them on the table rather than just having them there from the start.
Question, where do you find the armor in the mod? The poncho outfit and the ranger/sombrero is a really cool combo, just wondering where you can get it

Was easy to grab from the normal download so it doesn't hurt me personally, but thought it might be a good idea to comment anyways.
Aside from that, the stuff's great!
However, you really should make this an esm instead of an esp because in an esp navmeshes tend to unload after a save or when you enter an area.
