Going to do some rebalancing later in version 2.0. Some PAs has insane DT despite being inferior lore-wise. There are also a lot of same model PAs that has significant variations in DT for some reason.
Take for example the non-faction T-60 Bos Paladin PA has 29 DT while the T-60 Fake Elder PA has a whopping 45 DT despite being so easy to get. Its insane. Compare the latter with any variations of the X-03 Hellfire and you'll see how big of a difference that makes. Shouldn't the X-03 be superior lorewise?
Anyhow, I'm gonna make all the DT more consistent and adjust the 'curve'. Special variations will get a slight buff of course but nothing too crazy. Gonna do some logistics lmaoo
Version 2.1 will have several major changes. It will add +100 Poison Resistance to all PA which makes sense since you're in a metal exoskeleton. Carry weight bonus will be removed entirely since you're most likely using some kind of PA overhaul anyway meaning it tends to stack and becomes unbalanced. As mentioned in the main page, StewieTweaks and JSawyer already has a "PA becomes weightless when worn" in the INIs plus not to mention the Fo4 Power Armor Features also has configurable carry weight bonus value in the MCM.
Aside from the two mentioned, other changes are minor and can be read in the changelogs.
Since you don't really need the original ESP for the Lorefriendly mod, I guess you could call this a merged patch. But to give credits to the author, please download his and merge with this new one.
