A simple mod that removes the scanlines, the dirt, and the distortion of the Pip-Boy screen, and makes the background solid black. Compatible with multiple alternate Pip-Boys and Darnified UI out of the box.

Description
A simple mod that removes the scanlines, the dirt, and the distortion of the Pip-Boy screen, and makes the background solid black. A modern and fluff-free replacement for Shiloh DS - Clean Pipboy Screen.
Compatibility
Compatible with Pip-Boy 2000 Mk VI out of the box, just make sure that this mod is loaded below it in Mod Organizer, and that you are using the static-free version. Pip-Boy Readius, 2500 (+2500a), Tin Pip-Boy, and 2501 all work fine, just make sure to use Universal Pip-Boy Customization. If you have any problems with another Pip-Boy mod, don't hesitate to tell me and I'll upload an updated version.
This also works fine with Darnified UI or Vanilla UI Plus.

Compatibility
