    Is there anyway to rename my Deathclaw?

      Right now the only time you get to name him is his baby stage where you first get the oppertunity.

    Perhaps Im doing something wrong but ive waited a few days with the eg in my inventory and nothings happend, how long am i Supposed to wait for it to hatch? or do i need another item in my inventory to make him hatch?

      Drop the egg from inven. after ~3 hours

    Does this deathclaw eventually reach the standard size for an alpha male? The first version of this mod had him turn into an alpha male and stop growing, even though he was only half the size of a normal deathclaw.

      Intentionally no, as he won't fit in buildings. He's still fairly tall though.

    Loved the original so thank you for bringing it up to modern standards! Just two things though... 

    Would it be at all possible to silence them, or make them make less noise? The grunting they make while running around is almost constant and is very annoying after awhile. I'm using this guy alongside Lil' Ripper from Man's Best Friend, and he's entirely silent aside from breathing and the normal walking/running/attack noises. So it's possible. Just not sure how.

    Second, he doesn't pop up on my radar? Like, Lil' Ripper and other NPC's I can see but he's entirely invisible which isn't great because besides the map I can lose him pretty easy.

      noise is easy enough; it's his chase loop.

      As for the radar, which one? He shows up on the Radar Mod by gribble, on the compass and on map too with quest toggle.

      Yeah it was when he was still a baby- compass radar. I didn't realize he got it until he reached adolescent.

    Had a great idea! Just recently played through Fo2 and at vault 13 there's a group of intelligent Deathclaws - It's canon that if given the FEV virus they'll develop high intellectual abilities - and eventually - the ability to speak. If turning this into a fully fledged speaking/reacting companion mod was something you ever eventually wanted to do, I believe this mod will absolutely develop into one of the huge companion mods on nexus... because at that point how could it not?
    That being said - I am a skilled voice actor and recording artist, and a career audio engineer specializing in vocal comping and effects. If this is something you really wanted to tackle I could absolutely deliver the unnatural voice lines, mixed with fx and all - think "Venom".

      Man's Best Friend mod includes an intelligent deathclaw (after feeding him several mentats over time)

      I like what you're thinking; it is a great idea! Def something to be considered. Can you please send me audio sample of what you think he'd sound like? I'm intrigued now.

      Can update his quest to reflect some new... developments... that could allow him to speak. Nothing like your standard companions (he's a deathclaw of course), but definetly vocalise simple words like "Yesss.." or the likes.

      YES this would be amazing. The Deathclaw is such an interesting creature in the Fallout lore but it always comes down to a end game high level creature. It can be expanded on with interesting characters and stories around it!

    Awesome mod! Very well-built and balanced. I do kind of wish that we could choose to have the deathclaw grow into a matriarch or stay as a regular non-alpha deathclaw for those of us who like those designs better but overall this is a great upgrade to the original

      You can swap models easily in GECK. I did it for this exact reason.

      Canonically, he's male; so growing into a matriarch isn't exactly something he does lol.

      However, you're more then welcome to edit his model in GECK; be warned that I will not support it and if something breaks I won't fix it. It's relatively easy but still.

      As for regular non-alpha, def something I can look into.
