Most if not all of the models are from another mod, Canvas Backpacks. There is another mod (https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/87693) that gives them dirtier/worn textures if you're interested. I'm using them in my playthrough. :)
I know this is over a year later, but what do you fools NOT understand about Fallout? Not EVERYTHING is 200 years old. I see this comment on every mod that introduces an item into the game. "Whaaa these guns look too clean" Yes, Gun Runners make NEW GUNS based on OLD Blueprints. The gun is NEW. You do understand NEW stuff is made, right? Like in Fallout 2, the Brotherhood builds NEW vertibirds with Enclave plans. NEW clothes are made. NEW guns are made. You really think they can't make a new backpack? By game lore, probably by about... 2200, there is electricity, farmers, business men, clerks, clothing makers, gun makers, new construction, etc. If you are all well off rancher or merchant in the NCR you likely live almost as well as we live today. So, it would be entirely feasible by the time New Vegas is set to get new clothes, buy a new gun, get a new backpack, and have a freshly made Hamburger for lunch, while in air conditioning. (Air conditioning is in Fallout 2) I don't get where you people get the idea EVERYTHING has to be old and broken down. It isn't.
armed to the teeth detects backpacks and positions the guns so they don't clip, if this is what you are referring to yes but someone else is going to have to do it
Amazing mod, I think this is the only mod which adds backpacks to NPCs? My only small gripe would probably be with the duffle bags. The upper part looks kinda messed up when the character who's wearing it is moving. Both on the player in third person, and on other NPCs.
Idk if it just me but it seems that CIBS doesn't work, been looking all over but didn't see any NPCs wearing a backpack, I even set the chance it won't spawn to 0 in the CIBS INI. What do you think happens?
disabling the QwibNewBackpacksTTWAddon.esp removes the packs that were available from Craterside Supply in Megaton Capital Wasteland side for me.
I already have Canvas Backpacks, + its TTWAddon patch + Waster Gear Backpack already installed. Using MO2 Is it okay to just add CIBS master and leave the originals all in place? For instance I still would like to get the blue Vault Tec backpack from the original mod and the variants from Moira. Is that available in this mod, without the original esp enabled? Thanks
Did yall ever get it working in the capital wasteland? Same thing happening to me. I've installed all the requirements, started a new save, and I don't see any backpacks anywhere. They're not being worn or sold.
Hey, thanks for the great mod, love it so much, especially how easy it was to resolve a conflict with an ncr overhaul that had it's own backpack system. Just wanted to ask if a TOTW patch was planned because right now when wearing a backpack in power armor it seems to stay in the same position it was in outside of it so looks weirdly sunken in. I know that TOTW has an option to hide backpacks but then i have to disable holstered weapons too because they look weird floating without the backpack.

The bug where all backpacks spawn when you load a save is fixed in 2.0.1.

Since I used Canvas Backpacks along with it's TTW patch, should I disable QwibNewBackpacksTTWAddon.esp too?
Download the main file from Canvas Backpacks and disable the plugin. Install this mod and done.
