I appreciate this mod and had it installed up until now, however Stewie recently added a tweak called "Prevent NPC Comments" which disables them making comments via NVSE. I'm not saying this mod is now irrelevant perse, but I do want the author and any people considering downloading this to be aware.

That's very cool. I'm going to leave this up though because its much easier to install and may be useful for some situations. For example since it only does one thing its much simpler if someone doesn't need the additional features of Stewie's Tweaks.
I'm considering making another one to stop NPCs from threatening you every time you look in the general direction of a locked container. I also find that extremely irritating.
