I could not seem to get this mod to work for me. In fact, even going to Vault 22, the spore plants were completely absent. Not a single one spawned, even inside the vault.

I'll test it out and see if it happens with my game.

      Same here

(Edit:  i'd still like to know more on how i can make the spore plants more frequent during wasteland spawns.  Which lines do i dpulicate in the txt file?)

if I want to make them rarer should i delete one of the blocks of text that starts with "LeveledListAddForm VEncVarLL1Tier2Hill CrSporePlant 1 1 1.0" and ends at "LeveledListAddForm EncWastelandTough CrSporePlant 1 1 1.0" it looks like it's repeated identically 3 times.

if i remove 1 of the blocks should only appear at 66% frequency, and if i remove 2 it will only spawn at 33% chance is that correct?

EDIT: Like the mod ,but I was little surprised, they are kind-off "static". They can´t turn around after you. They just staying in one direction.

This is vanilla behavior as I found ( never noticed it before because there are just few of them in Zion originally & in OWB )

This mod  https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/73796 correct this issue.

Blend nicely with yours in a loggic manner, that´s why I am posting it here.

    Thanks again for the mod!

this mod kinda raises a question, if spore plants are kinda everywhere does that mean the fungus they grow from is also everywhere? idk if i'm mixing s#*! or not so really idk

Mojave is nough said, but DC Capital Wasteland is interesting.

Originally F3's DC doesnt have logical ingame reason to have spore plants simply because they dont have that much active fungus plants. They have the assets but are statics. So there's no difference between the images and a rock.

BUT TTW implement harvestable Brain Fungus and Glowing Mushroom to make them less boring. So technically you can feel they are everywhere, example Anchorage Memorial. With that the introduction of Spore Plant feel natural.

Speaking of Fallout 2, I just encountered them a lot today while I played.  :P
I find it funny how they not more common in Fallout 3 or NV, but NV mostly
due to black isle was building it on Fallout 3. I mean early encounters I find in
Fallout 2 are Spore Plants, or Spore + another creature.
    So Thanks for making this!

Yeah, they're really common! I was shocked at how much I've encountered them playing it again recently.

      probably because well

DC is essentially a actual wasteland. in which i'd think flora of any kind there is very hard to grow on a heavily irradiated barren wasteland, theres even a quest about it in oasis

They show up in general wasteland spawns. There's a lot of creatures in there, they might be pretty rare. Just duplicate the lines in the text file more to up their saturation.
