Added a version that keeps the 5 HP per level up but still equalizes values.
I hate being given a special treatment just because I am the player. I am a human just like the other characters, I should scale and feel the same way. And I shouldn't become a bullet sponge just because I am the player character. I hate the artificial difficulty damage multiplier bullcrap as well. So I made this mod to play on Normal difficulty (1x damage multiplier for everybody) and just adjusting the health values (My recommended way of playing with this mod). It seemed to be the most immersive and comprehensiveway of tackling the problem rather than changing the damage multipliers.
In the Vanilla game, the health received per Endurance Level for the player is 20 while for NPC's, it is a measly 5.
I have been running with this mod since the start of my playthrough and have been very satisfied with the results. I feel like, finally, people need a realistic amount of ammunition for going down. Whereas for other creatures that have set health which are NOT adjusted by this mod. Well, it only felt fair. Humans are fragile, while a Deathclaw Mother SHOULD have more health than them.

Player Endurance Mult: 20 - NPC Endurance Mult: 20 Player Health Endurance Offset: 0 - NPC Health Endurance Offset: 0 Player Level Health Multiplier: 2 - NPC Level Health Multiplier: 2 ^^^^^^ To avoid ridicilous bullet sponginess in the late game from both sides. So a level 50 Courier will have gotten +98 health from just leveling up rather than f'ing 245 Level 50 Courier with 10 Endurance will have 100 (Base Health) + (10*20) + (2*49) = 398 HP
Hope at least a few people make use of this mod and are able to enjoy New Vegas the same way I enjoy it. Try it and see for yourself ! It is safe to install mid game.
