Mojave Enclave Patrols is a great mod, but always left something to be desired for me. This mod overhauls the NPCs of MEP to make Enclave encounters more interesting and faithful to Fallout 3. 

For some reason the original MEP never utilized Enclave officers or "big gun" soldiers, this modification re-enables them, so they can now spawn in Enclave positions. Hellfire troopers have also been added to diversify combat against the Enclave. 

Requires the original Mojave Enclave Patrols and Original Hellfire Armor (or preferably my rebalanced version).
