The blow needs to be modified to reduce sleep needs by like -50, or -100, and increase your AGL/LCK/END/STR by +5

It gives -20 sleep rn, so I guess you could get that effect if you take enough of it!

But this is genius.
Going more than one or two any direction on the SPECIAL is a really big shift IMO. Regardless, I'd love to see a mod that does this sort of thing
