I'd rewrite it to "This adds a player home in Springvale, similar in layout to the NCR Ranger Safehouse in FNV. It is located behind the Red Rocket Pitstop, by the dumpsters.
Installation: Extract the esm and place it into your data folder. To uninstall delete or move the esm from the data folder, or install and uninstall with a mod manager of your choice.
