Small patch to fix clipping with the Novac motel room during part of Niner's quest when using TGMIO.

Patches the chair that Niner sits on during his quest to not be clipping into the counter behind it when using The Great Mojave Interior Overhaul.
The screenshot shows what it is like with the patch, don't have a screen without, but the chair is a few feet back normally, causing Niner to be sitting inside the counter which just looks ridiculous. Niner and TGMIO are some of my favorite mods, so I found a solution to get them to work together.
