Adds a double-barrel elephant rifle into the game with a custom ammo type (.700 nitro express), custom animations, and sounds.
The gun is capable of partial reloads as well, meaning if you only fire one bullet, it will perform an animation that reloads one bullet instead of two.

Ammo
.700 nitro express rounds can be crafted at a reloading bench with the following recipes:
(lead can be obtained by breaking down scrap metal or bullets)
1 50mg round
25 lead
2 12.7mm rounds
25 lead
1 50 mg casing
35 lead
1 large rifle primer
15 rifle powder

Can be found in Victor's Shack in Goodsprings
